9sap Terms and Conditions – Rules Every Player Must Know

1. Eligibility & Age Requirement

To register and use the 9sap platform, you must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. This is a firm requirement and is non-negotiable. Philippine law sets 21 as the legal minimum age for participation in gambling activities, and 9sap fully complies with this regulation.

2. Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one and only one 9sap account. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts is a violation of these terms and may result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balance held within them.

When you register, you must provide accurate and truthful information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, valid Philippine address, and a working contact number or email address. Providing false or misleading information during registration is grounds for permanent account closure.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 9sap will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. If you believe your account has been accessed by someone else, contact support immediately so we can secure your account.

9sap reserves the right to request updated or additional verification documents at any time, particularly if account activity appears unusual or if a significant withdrawal is requested.

3. Deposits & Payments

All deposits made to your 9sap account must come from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. If funds are received from a source that cannot be verified as belonging to you, 9sap reserves the right to hold or return those funds and request clarification.

Accepted payment methods include GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfer, BDO, BPI, UnionBank online banking, and Visa or Mastercard debit and credit cards. All amounts are in Philippine Peso (₱).

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method. These are clearly displayed during the deposit process and are subject to change with notice. Most deposits are credited to your account instantly. In rare cases involving manual bank transfers, crediting may take up to one banking day.

4. Withdrawals & Payouts

Withdrawal requests at 9sap are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where possible. This policy is in place to prevent money laundering and to keep your funds secure. If your original payment method is no longer available, our support team will assist you with an alternative.

Withdrawals are processed within 24 hours for verified accounts. GCash and Maya withdrawals typically reflect in your e-wallet within minutes once approved. Bank transfers may take one to two banking days depending on your financial institution.

To be eligible for a withdrawal, your account must be fully verified. Unverified accounts can play but cannot withdraw winnings until identity documents have been reviewed and approved by our compliance team.

• Using a VPN or proxy to circumvent geographic restrictions or account verification.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once.
• Engaging in any form of chip dumping, match manipulation, or coordinated betting strategies designed to circumvent the house edge.
• Depositing funds obtained through fraud, theft, or other illegal activity.
